Many other crafters offer custom sewing as and when they're able, so availability does vary, but the chances are that if you'd like something made a certain way, you'll be able to find a crafter who's willing to take your order. Whether it's the choice of outer fabric print, the size and makeup of a set, or the whole design and function of the pad, going 'custom made' is always an option.
